I design digital products and the AI systems teams use to build them. At My PT Hub and ClubWise (PYXiS group), I lead product design and the AI adoption programme: brand guidelines codified as reusable AI skills, agent-driven content and image pipelines, and Muse, an AI content workflow with brand governance built in, now running independently in two marketing teams.
Product design is how I think. Systems are how I build.
